METALNOX® M6060 is a heavy duty, low foam acid liquid cleaner and iron phosphatizing solution that contains a blend of mineral acids, inhibitors and surfactants for optimum effectiveness on ferrous and aluminum substrates. M6060 is an effective cleaner prior to powder coating and can be used in a single-stage process or combined with pre-cleaners. M6060 can be used in both spray and immersion systems.
METALNOX® M6310 is an aqueous blend specially designed for heavy-duty cleaning of dry lube, cutting, oils, waxes, grease, carbonized soils and shop dirt, while being multi-metal safe. Easy to use, M6310 is diluted further with water as required to remove the soils involved. M6310 contains corrosion inhibitors for aluminum, brass and other copper alloys.
METALNOX® M6060 and M6310 are available in one, five, and 55 gallon containers.
