Added Trace under BGA

Missing NPI schedules frustrates the OEM and EMS provider. Engineering Changes (ECOs) on the PCB can delay NPI by weeks. Additive Circuits, Inc. has used it's technology to accomplish added traces and SMT pads and reduce existing pad dimensions. By modifying the PCB prior to assembly changes such as BGA pad connections can be done with little or no impact on assembly or schedules. Vist us at http://www.additive.com
