1. The SMT mounter equipment has abnormal performance during operation. 2. After the failure of the SMT mounter equipment during operation, it will not cause further harm to the product or personnel. For example, the motor is stuck, the normal execution action cannot be executed, the moving parts are found to be damaged or have an impact, the crimping anomaly, the control computer crashes, etc., the operator on the site should immediately stop all operations related to the equipment, and immediately notify the engineer or technician on the line after protecting the site.
3 . After the failure of the SMT mounter equipment during operation, it is possible to cause further harm to the product or the staff. For example: cleaning machine card board, in and out of the board board, ICT line body card board, automatic container operation does not stop, line body leakage, etc., site operators should immediately press the emergency stop switch (turn off the power), protect the site immediately notify the engineer or technician when the line to deal with.
