Scienscope International, a complete inspection solutions provider, announced plans to exhibit in Hall A1, Booth 402 at productronica 2017, scheduled to take place Nov. 14 – 17, 2017 at the Messe München in Germany. Company representatives will demonstrate the X-Scope 2000 X-ray Inspection System, X-SPECTION 6000 X-ray Inspection System and AXC-800 X-ray component reel counter.

The X-SPECTION 6000 X-ray Inspection System is Scienscope’s most technologically advanced cabinet style X-ray inspection system. It features a fully integrated 130 kV micro-focus high power closed X-ray tube and 5" x 5" or 4" x 3" high resolution and ultra-resolution CMOS digital flat pane image detectors. With a 60° camera tilt for oblique angle viewing and a rotating work table, the X-SPECTION 6000 offers the ultimate in flexibility.

The X-Scope 2000 X-ray Inspection System is a full featured high-performance X-ray inspection system with an unbeatable price to performance ratio. The system features a fully integrated 90 kV high power closed X-ray tube and 4″ x 3″ high resolution CMOS digital flat panel image detector. Additionally, the 50° camera tilt enables oblique angle viewing.

The table-top AXC-800 is an Automatic X-ray Inspection Component Counter designed for the inspection of components on traditional reels, from 01005 to odd-form devices. It can handle up to (4) 7" reels in one inspection, or a single 13" or 15" reel. Additionally, the AXC-800 can count devices on JEDEC trays and inside ESD storage bags. It can be used with barcode reading and label printing in order to manage and track inventory with 100 percent confidence. Data also can be transferred directly to inventory management systems and various types of factory control software.
