Valtronic announces that Kristin Jamroz has joined the company as its newest Customer Service and Order Entry Representative.
Kristin reports to Stewart Guy, Enterprise Manager, and is the company’s customer advocate. In this position, she is responsible for processing orders for product received via mail, telephone, fax or email from customers or company employees. Additionally, she interacts with customers, provides information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services, and she oversees and settles customer issues, special orders and returns. Kristen receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, service changes, discontinuance and shipping.
As the Customer Service and Order Entry Representative, Kristen also works closely with other Valtronic departments including operations, engineering and administration.
Kristen is a graduate of Lakeland Community College in Mentor, OH with an Associate of Arts degree. She has held previous positons with Woodforest National Bank, the Cleveland Clinic and Backtrack, Inc.
