The award ceremony was held by Global SMT & Packaging at the SMTA International Electronics Exhibition in Rosemont, Illinois.

By analyzing maintenance tasks, where technicians are, and what they’re are doing, Maintenance AR quickly prioritizes what the most urgent task is and determines which technicians are available and in the closest proximity to perform the task.
Beyond providing supporting documents, technicians can add new information via Maintenance AR, including comments, progress reports, recommendations, images, etc., thereby, improving the quality of data they will be able to access the next time a similar task is required.
The Global Technology awards have been recognizing the very best new innovations in the printed circuit assembly and packaging industries since 2005.
