Rolling Meadows, IL — BEST Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of a “rent” or “rent to own” PCB inspectors or soldering/rework technicians.
BEST Inc., a master solder training and certification center located near Chicago, IL. BEST has trained, nurtured and certified these soldering technicians in JSTD-001, advanced SMT PCB assembly and rework, component identification, ESD practices and other electronics manufacturing skills. These technicians can be contracted for a period of time or may be available on temporary to permanent hire basis. BEST has completed a (9) panel drug testing program as well as screened the employees via a background check. Instead of relying on untrained and uncertified technicians BEST personnel are screened, trained and certified operators.
“As manufacturing continues to move back to the US there will be continued pressure to find trained, skilled and certified soldering technicians. Our customers are telling us that they are having difficulty finding trained people” remarked Christine Kraner of Best Inc.
BEST Inc has available for a short to medium term basis soldering technicians for hire on a sliding scale contract.
