New Facility in King of Prussia

New Facility in King of Prussia

DDM Novastar is pleased to announce they have moved into their new facility on Boro Line Road in King of Prussia. "Our former shop certainly presented many challenges because of lack of space, and we outgrew it very quickly. We are very excited about our new offices & expanded production spaces", stated Ed Cicutti, President and CEO.

The move to the new 47,000 SF, 5+Acre complex will allow expansion of current manufacturing disciplines, including machining, sheet metal work, welding & fabrication, painting and coating, as well as a larger assembly floor.  Expanded training services are also in the pipeline. The larger facility provides for additional storerooms for spare parts & components as well as finished product inventory.   We are especially proud of our ‘Made in the USA’ product line, says John Malboeuf, Vice President of Global Sales.

Another milestone celebration is the one-year anniversary of DDM Novastar Inc, celebrated this past July. "As we continue to move forward with our growth plans, our new location gives us updated and increased space to accomodate the company's continued expansion. As our products continue to be adopted into new markets and our company continues to grow, we needed to find the right facility in the right location, and King of Prussia is the right place to be", Vice President and General Manager Barb Kirkpatrick said in this release.

DDM Novastar, Inc, was established in 2011, following the close of APS Novastar, LLC (formerly Huntingdon Valley, PA).   Many of the key people from APS were then hired by DDM Novastar to continue the legacy started by APS in 1981.  The former APS Novastar company was the recipient of a 2009 Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award. With most of the same key people in place, DDM Novastar expects to continue in their footsteps, as the global leader in the design, development, and manufacture of OEM equipment for the short to medium run surface mount technology (SMT) and printed circuit board (PCB) markets.

DDM Novastar's products include stencil printers, automated pick and place robots, reflow ovens, wave and selective solder equipment, component counters and lead forming equipment.  DDM Novastar's experienced team has installed over 20,000 product solutions in the telecom, defense and aerospace, security, transportation, automotive, medical and diagnostic devices, personal computers, and academic markets.  For more information, visit www.ddmnovastar.com or call +1.610.337.3050.
