PRIDE Industries, Inc., a social enterprise providing first-rate manufacturing and service solutions to business and government, has purchased two SE500™ 3-D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems for its manufacturing facility in Roseville, CA.

PRIDE Industries’ single-source solutions save time, reduce cost and allow its customers to stay focused on the things that matter most. Customers look to PRIDE for quality, responsiveness and value, and the new SE500™ SPI systems enable PRIDE to provide added value by delivering quality products quickly.

PRIDE is very satisfied with our selection of CyberOptics for our solder paste inspection requirements,” said Steve Twitchell, VP Sales Operations for PRIDE Industries. “We are committed to exceeding our customers’ manufacturing needs, and CyberOptics provides the functionality and operating cost to ensure we remain our customers’ preferred vendor of choice.”

Designed to inspect the most demanding assemblies at >80 cm²/sec inspection speed without compromising measurement accuracy and repeatability. The SE500™ system provides PRIDE with a Dual Illumination sensor option to further improve repeatability and reproducibility on the very smallest of paste deposits.

Building on CyberOptics’ reputation as the provider of solder paste inspection systems with industry-leading volume accuracy, the SE500™ can inspect pad sizes down to 01005 component size (150 x 150 µm) while keeping up with ever-increasing line speeds.
