Vapor phase manufacturer R&D Technical Services Inc. announces that Technical Resources Corporation will have literature available for its updated RD1 Batch Type Vapor Phase Reflow System at the upcoming Space Coast Expo and Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the Melbourne Auditorium in Melbourne, FL.
The RD1 uses vapor phase technology to provide consistent, uniform heat transfer for high-quality reflow, curing and drying. The advanced reflow system accommodates low-volume production and smaller sized products. Additionally, the RD1 delivers user-friendly operation and unsurpassed process control, ideally combining convected and vapor phase technologies. The RD1 allows any company, regardless of size, to produce products of the highest quality.
The updated RD1 has a working envelope of 12"L x 10"W x 2.25"H using a version of R&D Technical Services’ patented palletized conveyor system that keeps the product horizontal throughout the process. The system features touch screen controls, a convected preheat zone, programmable recipes, a cooling zone, and a working fluid auxiliary tank and filter system.
To see how simple and inexpensive, yet powerful vapor phase reflow can be, meet with representatives from Technical Resources Corporation at the SMTA Space Coast Expo & Tech Forum.
