2. When feeding

3. When the material is almost finished, the operator should find the corresponding material from the material box in advance and prepare to receive the material;

5. The material without a silk screen must be used after the IPQC measurement is correct;
6. When changing the material, it must be consistent with the station table, and fill in the “Replacement Record Form” in time “Then IPQC will check and start production;
7. When the operator picks up the bulk material, each section must be marked, which is convenient for the checker to confirm;
8. Before the tray and tube IC are put on the machine, the operator visually inspects once IC type and direction, put a one-foot label on the first IC of each tray or tube of IC, and then checks the direction by IPQC before it can be produced on the machine;
3. When cleaning up
- When the end of cleaning is approaching, the SMT operator will budget in advance for whether there will be fewer materials, and notify the shift leader to assist in finding materials. Try to avoid stopping the line to find materials and reduce production efficiency;
2. When cleaning the tail, all the bulk materials must be found and pasted. If there are still PCBAs that have not been completely mounted, it is necessary to record the blank materials on the blank sticker. After writing, give it to the leader on duty to confirm the signature before you can paste it through the reflow furnace for welding.
