The Deluxe Vacuum Tweezer Kit with 16 Delrin Small Part Tips (V8100A-FS-110-DLX-D) provides additional pick-up power for handling parts as small as 300 microns to extremely large sized components. The precision pump generates more than 15 inches of mercury. The compact tower design takes up a very small footprint on the bench.
An electric eye pen holder on the side automatically shuts the unit off when the vacuum pen is placed in it. A jack on the rear of the V8100A series allows use of the optional foot or hand switch to control vacuum during pick-and-place operations.
The Mini Vacuum Pumps for OEM applications (VMP1621CN and VMP1625MX) can be used for applications requiring air flow, vacuum or air pressure. Typical applications include air quality sampling, organic vapor analyzers, equipment requiring a vacuum source, or equipment requiring a pressure source.
The mini vacuum pumps are small, but provide high performance with a motor life of up to 5,000 hours. The pump valves are made of durable stainless steel and the diaphragm is fabric reinforced viton. The pumps come with a 43 micron inlet filter and mounting clip.
The STEALTH-VAC ELITE Kit (VVSV-NC-KIT) operates directly on 30 to 50 psi compressed air or nitrogen. The normally closed STEALTH-VAC ELITE vacuum pen contains a whisper quiet venturi vacuum generator that is activated only when the control button is depressed. This helps conserve factory compressed air when the tool is not in use. The vacuum level can be controlled by adjusting the input pressure.
The normally closed STEALTH-VAC ELITE Kit is supplied with a set of nine vacuum tips (VCS-9-B), six ft of 1/16" air hose, a 1/8 NPT to 1/16" barb adaptor for the supply line, the vacuum generating handle and a VMB-3 holder for the wand.
