Feb 28, 2018 R&D VaporTech, a subsidiary of IBL Technologies, LLC, announces that it has been awarded a 2018 NPI Award in the category of Soldering – Other for its new Smartphase Inline Vapor Phase Reflow System. The award was presented to the company during a Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018 ceremony that took place at the San Diego Convention Center during the IPC APEX EXPO. The Smartphase was designed for high volume inline manufacturing.
The fully automatic, inline vapor phase reflow oven is designed specifically to move easily into any manufacturing line. The Smartphase is the world’s only true inline vapor phase featuring an edge guided conveyor system for easy handling and left to right manufacturing reflow.
The Smartphase offers a 450 mm x 380 mm working envelope. At 410 cm, or just over
