Recently, compounds found in surfacemount adhesives (aka: SMA's, chipbonders) were classified as dangerous goods (UN3077 & UN3082) resulting in an immense increase to the end user’s cost due to the new classification regarding transport costs.

Designed to be dispensed or screen printed, Koki Company is proud to announce their new line of chipbonders which do not require dangerous goods transport saving enormous costs to the end user.

The new adhesive, available in industry standard packaging, ensures excellent high dot profiles while dispensed and superior heat slump resistance in the curing process.
