SIPLACE SiCluster Professional – Setup optimization that’s top-of-the-line

SIPLACE SiCluster Professional is the latest software tool in the family of proven SIPLACE setup optimization systems. It groups components and uses this information to propose optimized setups. The highlight of the new version: for a fixed product spectrum, the software defines so-called constant tables which remain unchanged and in the same position at the placement machine for the entire setup family.

With SIPLACE SiCluster Professional, the entire setup changeover effort can be reduced considerably with only a minor reduction in line performance. The reasons: less work in the pre-setup area since the constant tables don’t have to be changed all the time, and fewer table changes during the changeover. The setup verification becomes easier, too. Another benefit: SIPLACE SiCluster Professional optimizes the utilization of tables and feeders so that more setup equipment becomes available for other lines – it also takes up less space.
