MINNEAPOLIS - June 23, 2008 - CyberOptics Corporation (Nasdaq: CYBE) announces the promotion of Steven DiMarco to Vice President & General Manager, Inspection Systems Business, which produces AOI and solder paste inspection systems for the global electronics industry.

DiMarco will be responsible for CyberOptics� new systems product development and manufacturing center in Singapore as well as global sales & marketing and service. He has been with CyberOptics since 2005, most recently as the company�s Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
