Seica is once again present at SMT, showcasing a full range of ATE machines for every need, and a lot of innovative solutions for test and selective soldering. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the "new dimension" of test fully represented in the Pilot4DV8. the flying probe system, officially launched at Productronica last year.
This new line of 4D flying probers are ready to test all technologies using a full suite of electrical, optical and thermal test tools, and are able to probe even the smallest SMD chip such as the 03015 metric, making them suitable for every phase of an electronic board’s life cycle: Prototyping, Production, Repair and Reverse Engineering.
At the other end of the "size" spectrum, is the new ATE/instrument MINI 80, the small, rack-mountable ATE, with powerful, full in-circuit and functional test capabilities enclosed in a box the size of a DVD player, to be used as stand-alone or as add-on tool for more complex tester architectures.
The Seica Compact Line, a comprehensive line of testers suitable for a modern lean production and fully compliant to WCM standards, will also be on view, with examples of high performances applications for automotive test.
Seica’s innovative manufacturing solution, the Firefly LASER selective soldering system will be also present, with new enhanced software and more tools for high volume production in a clean environment.
