Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, is pleased to announce that the company is now offering two-day Smartflow selective solder training classes starting in October at its demo facility in Plymouth. The courses are being offered in response to the huge acceptance of the Smartflow selective soldering system in North America.

This Smartflow training courses will cover the following:

  • Software overview

  • Maintenance
  • Calibration

  • Programming
  • Process troubleshooting

This will be a more in-depth training than what is provided during machine installation. It will help to keep the machine running at its optimum potential. The first class is schedule to take place Oct. 16-17, 2018.

Kurtz Ersa Inc. Vice President of sales, Ernie Grice commented: “With the increasing customer base of the Smartflow selective system growing, this new course is in line with our commitment to provide our knowledge base sharing with our customers at all levels. We are pleased with the success of the compact Smartflow and its uncompromising technology.”

Ersa’s Smartflow 2020 requires less than 3 m² of space. Due to its universal pallet fastening, the Smartflow can handle PCB sizes of up to 508 x 508 mm [20” x 20”]. The Smartflow 2020 is smart and compact without compromising quality.
