Barry Industries Introduces Compact 3/4W Chip Attenuator for Ku, K & Ka Bands

Oct 25, 2013

Barry Industries, an ISO9001:2008 certified, ITAR registered manufacturer of high quality thick film resistors, terminations, attenuators and high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) packaging introduces a new 0904 size chip attenuator for Ku, K and Ka bands. The AV0904GA attenuator has been characterized to 30GHz, features gold wirebondable I/O terminals with epoxy mount ground pads and is rated to 750mW. Typical VSWR is 1.20:1 from DC to 18GHz and 1.50:1 to 30GHz. Thick film on Al2O3 construction provides for a robust and reliable high frequency component. Attenuation range is 0 to 20dB. The RoHS compliant AV0904GA is ideal for SATCOM, Phased Array Radar and Cellular Backhaul applications. Many other configurations of the AV0904 are possible.

Further information and samples of the AV0904GA can be obtained by visiting Barry Industries’ website at www.barryind.com or by contacting the factory at 60 Walton Street Attleboro, MA USA, Tel. 508-226-3350.

Since 1977, Barry Industries, an ISO9001:2008 certified, ITAR registered company, has been supplying the defense, medical and communications industries with highest quality thick film chip resistors, terminations, attenuators high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) packaging.
