Mike Buetow, Circuits Assembly’s Editor-in-Chief, presented the award to Tom Bergeron, Service Technician, on behalf of KIC, during a Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 ceremony that took place at the San Diego Convention Center during the IPC APEX EXPO.
