Precision PCB Services, Inc. continues to see failures due to assembly, fabrication, and surface plating issues on a daily basis. Especially in regard to BGA components' and lead free soldering. Dennis O'Donnell, Vice President stated, �With the Lead Free Solders, we are noting products with cold solder joints, poor wetting, and poor reflow. This is resulting in solder joint opens immediately after assembly, and or after being subject to vibration. We have devised solutions to increase yield, and long term reliability in regard to these process issues�.

With instructors that are proficient in the English and Vietnamese languages, Precision PCB Services, Inc. has put plans in place to add Chinese and Spanish language classes in mid 2009.
