Precision PCB Services, Inc. to demo new line of BGA Rework Stations at the Silicon Valley Tech Expo

Precision PCB Services, Inc. will demo their new line of BGA Rework Stations at the Silicon Valley Tech Expo this week.  The new line features BGA Rework Station that can place components as large as 120mm and as small as .2mm

Fully automatic models are now available that align and place the components using machine vision that minimize the need for operator interface.
