Milton, NY � December 2008 � Sono-Tek Corporation plans to introduce its latest addition to the SonoFlux line of ultrasonic spray fluxing systems, SonoFlux Servo, in booth 1236 at the APEX 2009 exhibition and conference in Las Vegas from March 31-April 2, 2009. The SonoFlux Servo is a fully automated, highly flexible reciprocating spray fluxing system designed for manufacturers who run high-volume lines requiring frequent PCB width changes and the ability to run all flux types. Capable of fluxing PCBs from 2-24" board widths, the SonoFlux Servo features programmable selective fluxing capability, offering complete flexibility on a high-accuracy reciprocating platform.

The ultrasonic atomization module uses a high Impact flux transfer system for maximizing topside fills. The SonoFlux Servo is easily installed into all wave solder machines and features user-friendly PLC Windows�-based control of all process parameters through a graphical interface. In addition to selective fluxing capability, SonoFlux Servo has 500,000 recipe storage, high-precision flux delivery pump, conveyor speed sensing and bar code reader options.
