As Kester grew and gained success, the company opened additional facilities outside of the US starting in 1931. In 2006, Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Company acquired Kester. Today, Kester operates facilities in the US, Mexico, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China, Malaysia and Singapore.
