SMT screen printing equipment manufacturer Speedprint Technology has secured another Service Excellence Award from respected industry publication Circuits Assembly. The award was presented to the President of Speedprint, Mark Brawley, at the recent APEX Expo event in San Diego.
This is the fourth Service Excellence Award won by Speedprint in the past five years. Considered the premier industry awards, the independent judging panel uses real customer data to support its findings. Circuits Assembly magazine objectively surveys a selection of each company’s customers, searching for critical feedback on key business relationship attributes that include dependability, quality, responsiveness, technology and price value.
“I was delighted to accept the award on behalf of a global support team at Speedprint that puts customer needs at the heart of our business operations. It’s rewarding to receive the top award in a competitive contest along with industry recognition for a strategy that we know sets us apart,” says Brawley.
Part of the judging decision is based on a key aspect of the surveys that ask for detailed comments from the entrants’ customers to support the ratings given by them during the interviews. “This is valuable data,” claims Brawley. “It gives us excellent visibility of our customers’ perceptions, needs and expectations. In turn, that validates our service level operations and our expanding infrastructure, and helps us optimize our business.”
