New Upgrade — I.C.T SMT LED Flexible Pick and Place Machine M series
In 2022, we have upgraded the equipment of the M series pick and place machine for SMT Production line.
I.C.T M series pick and place machine is mainly used for the production of LED lamps. Its positioning is aimed at small and medium-sized LED manufacturers or LED companies that have just started a business. Due to its low initial investment, the cost performance is very high.
New Look
There are two models of M-series pick and place machines off-line and on-line, depending on your capacity requirement you can choose 8 or 10 mounting heads. Of course, 10 speed is faster and the production capacity is higher.

For appearance, the biggest difference between the M series placement machine and the previous one is the addition of marble. In terms of appearance, the biggest difference between the M series placement machine and the previous one is the addition of marble. We can often see the presence of marble in other SMT equipment, because of the high weight of marble, placing it in the equipment can lower the center of gravity of the equipment. Makes the device very stable when working and won't shake back and forth. Other I.C.T SMT equipment that contain marble are AOI, and both V8 and V5000H can see the presence of marble.
In terms of speed, the M series placement machine has also been greatly improved.
The old equipment is 38000CPH, the regular speed of the upgraded 8 mounting heads can reach 50000CPH, the fastest can reach 67000CPH; The regular speed of 10 mounting heads can reach 55000CPH, the fastest can reach 80000CPH.
The speed is 31.5% higher than before, and the accuracy is not lost. The current mechanical progress can reach ±0.01mm, and you can feel the high-speed experience of the new machine in the following video.

The new PCB marking camera uses a uniform annular and high-brightness coaxial light source. Suitable for tin plating, copper plating, tin spraying, FPC and other PCBs.

Component camera adopts 6-10 pcs in-line high-precision cameras, square multiple light sources, 0-second recognition technology, can effectively identify 0402-15mm square parts.

Each nozzle head is driven by independent z-axis servo motor, independent rotation angle motor,and imported NSK/THK spindle, and lightweight head structure design concept.

XY axis adopts Japan servo motor and drive system, Japan high-precision ball screw, and high flexible tank chain to ensure the accuracy and reliability of high-speed operation.

High precision and high-grade marble platform is adopted to avoid the accuracy problem caused by stress.

The machine is equipped with multiple groups of independent vacuum generators to ensure vacuum stability for large components such as LED.
Wider Application
You will definitely say that buying a LED chip mounter is of course considering an online model. In fact, offline pick and place machines also have their own commercial value. Now there are many special-shaped LED boards, which cannot be transferred through the guide rails, so the special-shaped LED boards can only be placed on the platform of the offline chip mounter for transmission. This LED board is widely used in advertising signs, maybe in office buildings or on the road, you should be able to see these advertising signs often.
Similar to the special-shaped LED board, there is also a copper wire lamp. Its assembly principle is to mount the LED Chip on two copper wires. This copper wire lamp is generally applied to the flexible light bar above the Christmas tree.
