Introducing Tyco Electronics latest 8mm thin profile feeder. The ThinPRO Feeder has been designed to provide greater accuracy and performance for all your 0201/0402 component requirements. The ThinPRO feeder is designed to provide optimum pick efficiency, maximizing placement yields for tape fed components smaller than .040 (1mm). The ThinPRO feeder is totally interchangeable with previous QUAD assembly equipment platforms. The narrow profile of .600 (15.24mm) when coupled with the new ThinPRO Feeder base will increase your feeder capacity up to 30%.

Exceptional Reliability

The ThinPRO tape feeders are very mechanically precise and durable. A direct drive motor advances plastic, paper, and foil tapes to the pick position very smoothly. controlled acceleration and deceleration eliminates jarring of components. Two optical encoders assure precision component presentation.
