DAGE is proud to announce that it was awarded a 2020 GLOBAL Technology Award in the category of ID Systems / Component Counters for the DAGE Assure FLEX. The award was announced during a Virtual Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020.
The DAGE Assure FLEX is an obvious advancement from the standard Assure™. The Assure FLEX adds inline capability with flexibility. What separates the Assure FLEX from other inline systems, is the machine uses a very simple SMEMA conveyor system. It means any conveyor system, or any SMEMA compatible product can be connected to the machine. This makes the machine highly flexible and configurable to meet the automation requirements of just about any factory, without requiring a “special order”.
As with all previous machines, the DAGE Assure FLEX can handle any size SMD reel and count within 10 seconds. Automated barcode reading with a high-resolution camera eliminates the need for manual scanning.
