BEST Mobile Training Center Wrapped in Giant 40 ft long x 13 ft high PCB Skin
Rolling Meadows, IL – Rolling Meadows, IL – BEST, Inc., a leader in the development and instruction of PCB and wire and terminal hand soldering curricula, has developed a new look for its mobile training center. The BEST mobile training center, the only of its kind, now features a new bright graphical PCB look as it makes it way down the road across the United States. This new wrapping makes it one of the worlds’ largest printed circuit boards.
Dan Patten from BEST Inc. reported “This new vehicle wrap helps identify the training vehicle both at the client site as well as it travels along the roads to get there.”
BEST’s mobile training center features a variety of high end amenities to make the mobile solder training center experience a professional one. The truck features (2) air conditioners and (3) heaters for maximum student comfort. In addition the truck is equipped with a large screen display for the demonstration of fine pitched soldering as well as flat screen displays at the student stations on order to see the demonstration up close and personal. Each station features modern Metcal soldering equipment and plenty of soldering tips, a stereo microscope and magnifier. The training center is also decked out with ESD carpeting, grounding mats and a grounding strap. It features an onboard compressor and fume extraction system for the convenience and safety of the students.
