This event evolves each year to offer more and embrace the latest trends in the electronics industry. This year's focus is "Unlocking the World of Solid State Lighting (SSL)". The second event will be the following week when Matt Kehoe will be speaking along with Dr. Dan Baldwin at the SMTA Carolina Chapter meeting, November 17th, at Juki Automation Systems, 507 Airport Blvd., Morrisville, NC 27560. Matt will give a presentation specifically about SIPAD solid solder deposit technology and BTC’s, Bottom Termination Components as described in the IPC 7093 specification released at APEX in 2011.
