Live demonstrations will be given for a number of systems from the company's dispensing line. Equipment on hand will include a Max Series dispense system configured for solder paste dispensing and highlighting GPD’s new Fluid Pressure Monitoring with MicroDot pump. Fluid Pressure Monitoring enhances small volume repeatability over the life of a syringe by making automatic adjustments during the dispense process. A second Max Series system will be shown and configured with the company’s continuously volumetric PCD4H pump and syringe mixing system for LED encapsulants.
The Island 3S4 bench top system configured with a PCD4L pump and GPD’s unique and intuitive touch screen programming interface also will be displayed. A complete line of dispense pumps will be available, including the PCD Series pumps, MicroDot and Hyflow. New offline data translation including Gerber data for streamlined programming also will be demonstrated. Personnel will be available to discuss and present solutions to your dispensing applications.
