The RED-E-SET Ultra HD is the latest in Production Solutions’ family of innovative PCB support solutions. The Ultra HD represents the next generation of high-density board supports, designed for those applications requiring greater support during the printing and assembly process.
The new RED-E-SET SZ Center Support provides next-generation automatic board support. The system is ideal for pick-and-place users that would like to have center board support installed in their machines. Features of the Red-E-Set Center Support include manual or automatic lock, improved quality and reduced changeover time.
The RED-E-SET Autoset provides next-generation automatic board support for users that need automated control.
The RED-E-SET VB Vacuum Box is one of Production Solution’s latest product offerings, designed specifically for the MPM printers with the vacuum box.
The RED-E-SET Lead-Free modules are anodized green, and when used in conjunction with the red units, enable users to separate tooling between lead-free and leaded processes. This gives operators a color-coded confirmation that the correct tooling is being used and eliminates any concern of cross contamination.
The Red-E-Set GO is the latest in the family of board supports manufactured by Production Solutions. The GO model is a low-cost board support tooling solution designed for those applications that do not require rigid fixed height support. Using a patent-pending design of spring loaded pins and ESD-safe open cell memory foam, the GO provides the benefits of both pin and foam. The independently spring loaded pins provide individual support, whereas the foam provides full contact. Combined, the GO provides support resistance adequate for most placement applications. A variety of foam firmness’ are available.
With the addition of the GO, the RED-E-SET product line now offers three different levels of support tooling from the low-cost GO to the mid-range ML Manual Lock, to the fully automatic AS AutoSet.
