Celestica Inc. (NYSE, TSX: CLS), a global leader in the delivery of end-to-end product lifecycle solutions, has been named by IPC as the 2011 recipient of the Stan Plzak Corporate Recognition Award.

The IPC is a global trade association dedicated to the competitive excellence and financial success of more than 2,800 member companies, and represents all facets of the industry, including design, printed circuit board manufacturing and electronics assembly.

The Stan Plzak Corporate Recognition Award recognizes an IPC member corporation in the electronics assembly industry (supplier, electronics manufacturing services company or original equipment manufacturer) that has taken initiative to actively contribute to enhancing the industry while demonstrating support of IPC through participation in technical and/or management programs.

"IPC is delighted to present Celestica with the 2011 IPC Stan Plzak Corporate Award in recognition of its leadership and innovation within the electronics assembly industry and for its decades-long support of IPC," said Denny McGuirk, President and CEO of IPC.
