For high volume BGA Rework on even the largest computer and networking boards! This BGA Rework System has High-Definition Camera, Auto-X-Y and Theta Split-Vision Alignment for Automatic Removal, Placement, and Soldering of BGAs, CGA's, CSPs, QFPs, LGA's and Other SMDs. The rapid-IR underheater is a must for large PCB's with many layers or heavy ground planes.

Precision PCB Services is pleased to announce the addition of a Nitrogen capable BGA Rework Station to their product line.

This new High Tech E6250U BGA Rework Station is loaded with features yet easy to use and takes up minimal space. Air or Nitrogen Gas capable it will place components from 1mm to 120mm and can rework boards as large as 36".

Features Top Hot Air, Movable Selective Bottom Hot Air and a 3600 Watt 6 Zone Rapid Heat Infrared Bottom Area Heater. You can program up to 8 Zone Heat Profiles. Motorized X, Y and Theta and unbelievable auto features. A well thought out machine that is versatile enough to rework any circuit board.
