Nashua and Parlex Announce Strategic Development Agreement

Nashua, NH---Nashua Corp. and Parlex Corp. jointly announced they have signed a strategic agreement to cooperate in the development of flexible circuit technology incorporating proprietary printing and plating technologies.

"This agreement sets in motion an initiative that will draw on the talents and knowledge resident in each of our companies to explore potential new applications for printed circuits," said Andrew Albert, Nashua's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Our objective is to harness Nashua's prowess in the use of ink technology and labels for printed circuits and Parlex's expertise in the design, application and production of flexible circuits to create innovative uses for these technologies."
