We are looking for complete used SMT line in a good condition for upgrading current SMT line, it will consist of:
1- Screen printer
2-pick & place machine (s) (can deal with 0402 (1mm*0.5mm) or smaller& fine pitch & BGA & Tray components)
3- Reflow oven (10 zones)
