█ Printed Circuit Board Assembly & PCB Design Forum

Resistors sticking to tape -- We have been experiencing a strange issue with a few reels where resistors are occasionally sticking to the tape when it is peeled back on the feeder. Has anyone seen this before? If we try to move the stuck pats with a tweezers they move easily so it doesn't seem to be an adhesive issue. Static is an obvious concern but of course the machine is well grounded and humidity levels are slightly higher here now in summer so this is counter intuitive.

GSM Genesis waiting for PowerPC Server -- One of our GSM genesis machines has been getting hung up on an error message "Waiting for notification from PowerPC that Servers are started." This only happens on the first boot; powering it down for several minutes then powering back up resolves the issue. I am not sure where to look for a source on this, has anyone seen this before? Thanks in advance.
