Use of six sigma tools is becoming more common-place in electronic product firms, because of the competitive pressures to reduce time to market and lower product costs. As the title "Six Sigma for Electronics Design and Manufacturing" states, the major points of attention for the use of these tools is in product design and manufacturing.

Please help me obtain answers, to following questions:
I am producing a lot of high cost PCBA where the pCB material is the `ROGER' material. Due to some of the high components and handling we get pad lifted issues sometimes and as of now are unable to do repairs on these. Please help if anybody has done such repairs. what kind of adhesives to be used which can withstand the heat upto 220�C when the component is soldered back on the pads. Any repair guides available !!... really need help.
I would really appreciate if somebody could help me to understand how these elements of cost bellow can affect the total cost of an SMT facility. I am studying these numbers for benchmarking purposes.
