Specification of equipment

Production process step:

• Put the A side of PCBA face up which need to coating into the conveyor GDK-450 .
• Then PCBA enter into the coating machine(GDK-460F) for coating process.
• After coating, the PCBA go through to the inspecting conveyor GDK-450 (inspecting by manual), and enter to the UV curing   oven(GDK-3000) to curing process.
• After curing, PCBA would go through to the conveyor machine(GDK-450), and collect PCBA board manually.

Coating mode：Equipment selective atomization spraying

Coating thickness：30-60um(standard)

Curing temperature：60℃-80℃（Standard）

Curing cycle：depend on glue’s features（normal is 2-4 min）

Production line requirement：

• Production line space: about 6m*1.5m.
• Operator:1-2 workers.
• Three-proofing lacquer type: acrylic acid, polyurethane, silicone, PU paint, UV paint (UV lacquer is only used in UV furnace).
• Need prepare 220v/380v power supply .
• Need prepare air source(≥0.4MP).
• PCBA board margin gap:3mm-5mm(if no gap, then need stencil tool).

• The flow control of the glue valve is controlled by a thousand-level precision dial to ensure the precise control of the amount of glue applied. The atomization adopts a high-precision digital display pressure regulating valve, and the accuracy reaches 1PSI;
• Equipped with exhaust outlet;
• Standard four core SMEMA interface cable, which can be directly connected to other equipment;
• Parameters such as nozzle moving speed, moving distance and nozzle height can be set to achieve different spraying requirements of different types of PCB;
• After the programming is completed, the machine can use simulated spraying without glue, so as to confirm whether the spraying track and steps are correct and whether the PCB is damaged
