Integran makes nanocrystalline nickel SMT solder stencil blanks that are subsequently laser cut into the high durability and very precise stencils. We make 500-1000 a month of 22.5" x 24" foils.
Integran has been around since 1999 developing and manufacturing nanocrystalline metal alloys for the toughest materials problems in the world.
Through our 52000 sq ft facility in Toronto, we manufacture 500-1000 nanocrystalline nickel SMT solder paste stencils for the worlds biggest stencil manufacturers. Foils from Integran are laser cut into extremely accurate aperatures, due to the nanocrystalline grain structure of the metals. Our mateirals do not embrittle with laser cutting and the hardness from the small grain size (100x smaller grains than FG stainless) contribute to amazing durability.
