Automatic high-speed in-line inspection system for electronic devices and assemblies. Featuring transmission x-ray technology, intelligent handling system for fast loading/unloading as well as MIPS software solutions for inspection of single-sided and double-sided boards. Our patented Slice Filter Technology (SFT) allows for inspection of overlapping solder joints.
A test coverage display allows optimized inspection concept analyses & balancing. All relevant inspection data can be stored and maintained in a dedicated inspection data base.Our MIPS_SPC Real Time module is providing real-time process control with immediate production line feedback.
X-ray system features
- 130kV high resolution x-ray tube
- 3/2 Inch image intensifier
- 3-axis programmable motion system (up to 5-6 images/sec.)
- MIPS inspection platform for off-line programming, analyzing and verification. Including a modular test algorithm library for solder joint inspection.
