Therefore, Altek Electronics has implemented a perpetuation plan that includes a change in corporate structure extending ownership to the next generation of family members, David Altschuler and Sabrina Beck, as well as to Altek's President of Electronics, Richard M. Razza. This team will work diligently to continue driving the roadmap for change that was introduced in 2000.
