Buying PCB’s from DIVSYS-ICAPE removes the concerns customers have with buying PCBs direct from overseas suppliers, or even domestic ones.  DIVSYS-ICAPE packages customer files with clear specifications in fabricator language, works with the fabricator on issues, allows fabricators to make no decisions, and verifies that the boards were made exactly to specifications by validating them at the in-house Indianapolis laboratory before shipping to the customer.  

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, DIVSYS-ICAPE is the North American Center for Technology.  DIVSYS-ICAPE can assist customers with PCB layout issues, manufacturability issues, and board specification questions.  The in-house laboratory team at DIVSYS-ICAPE originated from a 40-year old PCB fabricator and assembler, and they speak the language of both.

DIVSYS-ICAPE’s laboratory is used by customers from all industries to validate bare or assembled boards, troubleshoot problems, or verify their boards before they ship to them from the fabricator.  

DIVSYS-ICAPE fosters the culture of technical excellence through modern quality techniques, state-of-the-art equipment, and well-trained team members.  Continual education assures that all team members are current on industry certifications, registrations and requirements.

RapidProto, the Indianapolis-based assembly division of DIVSYS-ICAPE, specializes in prototype and small volume production.   This group can complete assemblies in as few as 1-3 business days of simple or complex designs, using automatic equipment to full production standards.  We have the most modern equipment available, including solder paste deposition using “jet” technology, a 30,000CPH placement system, AOI, and Selective Solder.

RapidProto is staffed by 28 engineers, technicians, and professionals.  The majority of the team members have fabricated and assembled printed circuit boards for over 40 years.  This team has hands-on experience with all aspects of board fabrication and assembly, including design.  Our experience in these areas provides a unique combination to help launch new designs, redesigns and high-technology projects.  Our people speak the language of the design engineer and understand how to translate their concepts into assembled products.
