* "Quick Change" Vibratory Feeders are very versatile, reliable, and economical. They are ideal for use in high mix applications. * "Quick Change" Manual Stacked Tube Feeders dispense components to an operator one component at a time for, manual board assembly. * Automatic Tube Loaders receive electronic components from an input track and load the components into extruded plastic tubes. The loaders hold a stack of empty tubes, inclined at an angle of normally about 30 degrees. Components are metered by a singulator mechanism and slide by gravity into the bottom tube of the stack, one at a time.The components are guided into the empty tube by a track. When the tube is full, it is automatically removed from the loading position. The next tube in the stack takes its place in the loading position, and loading continues. * AF200/201 Axial Feeders feed axial components,(capacitors,resistors,axial diodes, etc.) from reels or ammo packs, at rates exceeding 5000 parts per hour.Depending upon the component lead configuration required, the feeders are available either with a head to cut and bend head to dispense the components for board insertion, or with a head to cut the components from the tape and dispense them in an axial comfiguration. * RF200 Radial Feeders are rugged and reliable, feed radial components (capacitors, transistor, LED's, resistors,etc.) from reels or ammo packs, at rates up to 3000 components per hour. * Reject Component Conveyors provide a way to get components that a placement machine's vision system has determined to be defective, out of the work envelope and to an operator without further damaging the component. When the defective component is placed on one end of the RCC conveyor belt, the belt conveys it away from the set down position. At any time, the operator can run the conveyor and empty the belt, without the operation of the placement machine being halted.RCCs are available for many placement machines, and attach directly to their feeder mount.
