Stencils cut with LPKF Fiber Optics laser, and standard metal is PhD material, but we also offer Invar and Fine Grain, in addtion to Nano-Coating and Electroformed stencils. MicroWeld stencils are available for printing more paste volume in certain areas, with minimal turn time and cost. All stencils 100% inspected on LPKF ScanCheck AOI for aperture presence and size. We also manufacture thick film screens and large format/solar screens in stainless steel and polyester mesh, including ultra-fine wires and a large selection of frame sizes...MicroScreen has been manufacturing screens and stencils for over 30 years and is ITAR registered.
