The line is adapted for serial projects, in particular for the automotive industry. Soldering is carried out in a nitrogen environment, which reduces the oxidation of contact pads, component leads, solder in the paste and improves the quality of solder joints. Nitrogen is generated by an adsorption generator with a gas purity of 99.999%.
