Ordered in the same width as your WaveRIDER™ pallet, the Fluxometer rides the finger conveyor through the fluxing stage, conveniently and accurately rendering proof of a tuned spray fluxer. So easy to use, operators can perform diagnostic checks in minutes.

• Run the Fluxometer® through your spray fluxer just like a circuit board
• Remove the special test paper and observe topside board penetration and overall uniformity of flux application

• Fluxometer is a physically consistent test article, sandwiching sensitive indicator paper against a constant mesh PCB for finger conveyor transit
• Superior alternative to using a production PCB with random hole spacing and diameters
• Built for a long service life, the pallet material is Durapool™ and the circuit board is G10 glass epoxy PTH
• Refer to your flux supplier’s datasheet for test paper selection. For water-based fluxes, select Neutral pH (7 or less) or Low pH (4 or less). IPA test paper is best for alcohol-based fluxes. Sample pack of all 3 types included.
