NBT-306 Adopt  light  weight head design based on ELM-280i with six spindles with six flying cameras , the efficiency of mounting and accuracy is enhaced to realize  average mounting speed of 30,000 cph , ,and it handle the board size up to 1500*400mm with minimum 0603 to maximum 15*15mm components.

2. X/Y axis adopt  Panasonic AC servo-motors and Japan made ball screw and guide rials, which ensures higher mounting speed and long service life .

3.Six independent spindles controlled by Panasonic A5 series servo motor and it's control system .with high speed serial communicaiton and light head structure , the mounting stablity  is greatly enhanced.

4.On the fly image recognition technology maximizes the part placement speed by minimizing the time to move between the pickup position and placement position and by reducing the recognition time to almost zero.

5.Automatic nozzle changing function maximizes the part placement speed .

6.1500mm mounting platform  supporting  2 section independent mounting process to minimize the PCB exchanging time .

7.Intelligent software automatically optimize the nozzle and feeder distribution and mounting route to maximize the mounting speed , easy to operate.

8.Equipped with vacuum pump to ensures the stable picking and placing process and reduce the air consumption in factory.
