PROCESS_SUSTAINING
Defines_and_documents_process_requirements_as_in_ materials_equipments_work_instructions_in_order_to_meet_target_yield.
Identifies_and_documents_process_control_procedures_in_order_to_maintain_target_yields.
Reviews_and_analyses_yield_control_data_to_identify_improvement_activities.
Conceives_and_carries_out_yield_improvement_projects.
Resolves_process_related_issues_that_would_lead_to_quality_problems_and_production_delays.
Conducts_failure_analysis_on_customer_complaints_and_provides_the_necessary_results_for_further_analysis.
Conducts_classroom_training_and_in_line_training_for_all_operators_within_the_department.
Identifies_and_documents_Process_Control_Instructions_for_assembly_purposes.
Documents_Temporary_Procedure_Instructions_for_evaluation_and_qualification_runs.
PROCESS_DEVELOPMENT
Plans_schedules_and_coordinates_activities_require_in_New_Process_Introduction_and_Product_Quality_Planning
Evaluates_and_implements_new_technology_together_with_the_Technology_and_Development_Engineering_Dept_in_order_to_develop_cost_effective_high_productivity_and_quality_processes.
Reviews_and_analyses_process_control_data_to_identify_process_improvement_projects.
Conducts_in_house_evaluation_and_qualification_runs_as_necessary_or_as_requested_by_the_customers.
PRODUCTION_DEVELOPMENT
Implements_approved_systems_and_procedures_aimed_at_improving_quality_cost_and_delivery.
Initiates_problem_solving_activities_related_to_quality_cost_and_delivery.
Implements_corrective_and_preventive_actions_to_line_problems_on_a_priority_basis.
Coordinates_with_different_departments_and_sections_like_the_Maintenance_Facilities_etc_to_ensure_continuity_of_operations.
Conducts_regular_monitoring_and_evaluation_of_subordinates_performance.
Formulate_action_plans_to_improve_subordinate�s performances.
Creates_an_atmosphere_of_teamwork_high_morale_and_highly_motivated_subordinates.
Enforces_company_policies_assembly_operating_procedures_and_instill_disciple_among_subordinates.
Coordinates_with_the_Production_Planning_department_for_all_Production_schedule_deliveries_and_shipment_schedules.
Coordinates_with_the_Industrial_Engineering_department_for_the_machine_capacity_and_manpower_allocation.
Plans_and_schedule_operator�s_shifting_time.
Formulates_cycle_time_delivery_shipment_and_cost_reduction_activities.
