Summary of Qualifications: |
Responsible to effectively utilize all of the available resources such as machines, materials, manpower and methods in order meet the Offsite metric goal according to the customers’ specifications, requirements and needs; Responsible for evaluating, investigating and recommending corrective and/or preventive actions plans concerning BIB and HS and other Offsite related SOW (scope of work) upon approval of his immediate superior. Responsible to recommend upgrades and designs of Eng’g equipments and machines that would further enhance/improve its efficiency, reduce machine downtime, increase productivity and meet Offsite Goal. Responsible in analyzing and troubleshooting Burn-In Board Electrical/Mechanical Failure by performing minor /major repair and modification. Initiate DOE (Design of Experiment), Failure and Root cause Analysis for BIB/Socket for metric improvement. Responsible to attend and participates Daily caucus, Eng’g meetings, Trainings and Seminars for skill development to meet customer satisfaction. Responsible for the requisition of all the necessary parts and materials necessary to be used on their respective areas of assignment. Responsible in coordinating with customer regarding BIB and Socket Availability concerns/issues and projects improvements. Required to submit and provided accomplishment report and project presentation needed by immediate superior. Responsible for measuring, preparing and drafting activities that will serve as guide in making the drawn or illustrated thing of jigs, fixtures, tools, layouts, floor plans and other illustrations needed in engineering documents. Responsible for Responsible for new hire “buddy-buddy system” during training/qualification period (can teach others) such as: a. BIB Machine/Equipment PM and Calibrations (i.e. BBT , Dying oven, Solder pot) b. Burn-In Board Tester Programming c. Extraction and Installation of socket d. Socket Probing e. BIB/Socket VM inspection f. BIB Major and Minor Repair g. DI wash and Oven drying h. Edge finger Repair; and i. BIB modification
Competent in Microsoft OFFICE such as Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point. Knowledgeable in Internet troubleshooting. Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting, Installation of hardware and software for PC |
